Adnan Menderes University Tourism and Hotel Management College
Global Ports Holding & Ege Port Kuşadası completed construction of Adnan Menderes University Tourism and Hotel Management College Group in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. The College, since opening its doors in 2009, has produced qualified human resources for the Turkish hospitality industry, while contributing to the cultural richness of Kuşadası and its environs.

International Coastal Cleanup
TURMEPA, TEMA, Kuşadası Municipality, İMEAK DTO İzmir Branch Board of Directors, Kuşadası Cruise Port Ege Port staff, Kuşadası Adviye Ertuğrul Acun Maritime Anatolian Vocational High School students, Private Ü.Naci Akdoğan College students, Kuşadası Bahçeşehir College students, Kuşadası Wish School students and volunteers carried out a coastal cleaning from the land in Kuşadası Atatürk Boulevard in an area of approximately 2 kilometers on the coast.
İMEAK DTO İzmir Branch Board Chairman Yusuf Öztürk, Ege Port General Manager Aziz Güngör and Kuşadası Deputy Mayor Özgür Batçıoğlu also attended the event.
At the end of the event, 219 kilograms of solid waste was collected.
In the event that ended in Atatürk Square, the message "Long Live the Sea" was given and information was given about the disappearance period of the wastes separated according to their types and the damages they cause to the marine ecosystem.

Solar Energy System on Terminal Building Roof
To reduce reliance on external energy sources and increase the port's energy independence, we have installed a 0.25 MVA solar energy system on the terminal building roof, capable of generating 400,000 kWh annually to meet the port's own energy needs.

Replacement of Diesel Forklifts with Electric Models
To reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency in port operations, we have replaced diesel-powered forklifts with electric models for use within the port area.

Infrastructure for Shore Power Supply for Ferries
To reduce the environmental impact of ferries operating at the Ege Port Kuşadası, we have provided the necessary infrastructure for ferries docked at the port to receive electricity from the port grid instead of running their own machinery.
